• Payment through Paypal only (usd)
• If I am not comfortable with your request, I will decline.
• Resale of my art is prohibited.
• Payment will be accepted after sketch(es) are finished.
• No refunds once I have started the coloring.
• Be open for questions while I work on the emotes. (I want to make something we are both happy with)
• Please do not rush me. I am busy with school.
• Estimated completion will be 1-3 weeks depending on amount of emotes, queue/waitlist, or school work.
• References are REQUIRED. (ref sheet or oc. images online are ok, however I might not make the character best to your liking.
• I do not make animated emotes.
• There will be watermarks in the best spot so it won't interfere with the emote.
• Extra revisions are $2
• I am not responsible if you choose to not read the TOS.
• There will be an extra fee if you choose to use my art on merchandise
• You may not use my art in NFTs.
• Prices include commercial rights
• Form answer will be blueberry
• a 4.4% fee will be added to the final price! (compensation for paypal fee)

REFUND POLICY

100% refund: any time BEFORE I notify you that I have begun your commission
75% refund: during the sketching stage
50% refund: during the line art stage
At any point after the base coloring stage, the commissioner will not receive a refund unless I determine that I cannot fufill the remainder of your request.

WAIT-LIST POLICY

by filling out the form during the "wait-list" time, you are agreeing that I may or may not get to you on time. Rushed orders are not allowed during wait-list periods.
